Lance Hauge

Marriage and Family Therapist

Based in Minneapolis, MN and offering in-person and online therapy.

Awakening, Healing, Development, and Performance.

Lance has over thirty years experience in the wellness industry. In 1994 he graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science. In 1995 he graduated from the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado. While in school there he worked as a massage therapist, specializing in work with endurance athletes. In 1996 he moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota and started a Rolfing practice.

Over the next several years Lance added various methodologies to his work, including craniosacral work, chakra work, neuromuscular repatterning, and internal martial arts. In 2001 he experienced a kundalini awakening that resulted in a profound expansion of his ability to work with the subtle and imaginal realms of the psyche. Excited by the profound effects the subtle and imaginal work had on his own body and mind, Lance began incorporating subtle and imaginal realm methodologies into his work with clients.

In 2010 Lance graduated from Adler Graduate School with a Master’s Degree in Psychology. He began working with clients in a psychotherapeutic setting, often combining it with his repertoire of somatic modalities. In 2012 he founded Dimension Center LLC, a wellness clinic offering individual sessions, group sessions, classes, and training programs.

Lance’s work integrates non-dual awareness, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and somatic mind-bodywork. His approach is relational and process based, with focus on unresolved conflicts and compensatory patterning as the root cause of present-day issues. Lance specializes in trauma work, developmental issues, and mind-body issues.
