I am dedicated to helping you heal
My passion is to help individuals heal. If you struggle with grief or loss, depression, or anxiety, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore ways to grow and change. I am a person-centered, highly experienced, and compassionate mental health professional. I believe equality and respect are important in all healthy relationships, especially the client-therapist relationship.
I have my master’s educational and training background in Adlerian psychology which taught me to have the courage to be imperfect, to learn from mistakes, and to understand how mistaken beliefs and perceptions can “create reality.”
I have a successful track record of working with diverse client populations in many different settings. I am highly skilled in utilizing Motivational Interviewing, Psycho-education, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals with addiction issues, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder flourish.
